Terms of Sale

Less is more. Our terms in a short summary:

This one’s a biggie, we’ll try to make this painless.

We begin to make your product as early as possible. This is usually within 3-5 days so you can usually expect your item to be with you within 7 working days. This is a guide but it is normally the case.

The cost of shipping varies on which products you want, you can check our handy shipping page for specific costs and because we love you, you’ll only pay postage for the largest item in your checkout.

Unfortunately, only some items are cancellable or returnable. The problem is that with some of our products your measurements are used and are personal to you. The list of products you can return are:

•    All Purpose Strap
•    Calf Strap
•    Waist Strap
•    Hook & Loop Toe Strap
•    ‘D’ Ring Toe Strap
•    Chest Strap
•    Double Sports Strap
•    Clip-on Under Seat Bag
•    Hook & Loop Under Seat Bag
•    Large Under Seat Bag
•    Impact Guards
•    Back Bar Guard
•    Ratchet Protector Cover
•    Frame Key Ring
•    Mobile Phone Holder
•    Full Wheelchairs

If your item can be returned, you have 14 days to get it back to us.

For some of our products we need extra measurements. We make this simple by sending you a form to fill out. You must fill out the form(s) correctly as we’re unable to accept returns on some items (see above for items you can return) that do not correctly fit as a result of incorrect measurements. That being said, contact us as we may be able to make some alterations.

Our products are designed to be simple to fit and easy to use. If they are fitted correctly they will perform perfectly well during your day-to-day activities. However, if they are fitted incorrectly or not as intended you may run into problems. If you have any issues whatsoever, please contact us and do not just make do with anything less than a good, secure fit.

Finally, we make all our products to the top standards and you can expect them to be pretty darn good when you get them. If your item is faulty or not fit for purpose contact us as you are absolutely entitled to a refund. PYC is not liable for any losses unless we have been negligent.

If you need anything clearing up just contact us and we’ll talk you through this lot below.

Not your normal legal jargon. Our full terms be here:
